If the item delivered to you is defective/damaged, please e-mail at email@example.com for free replacement giving the relevant particulars of the order delivered. We will ship the free replacement to you promptly at our cost. Please make sure that the items are not mishandled when in your possession since items damaged at your end will not be replaced. At the time of receiving replacement, please handover damaged/defective item in original packing.
Return are accepted and the total amount is refunded, if the product is not what you ordered, if it is different from what is shown in the product images. Please report back within 3 days of receiving the product.
